The Wyoming Poker Tour
follows the rules of No Limit Texas Hold 'Em. The host decides the date, the buy-in (minimum
of $10), and the payout. 1/4th of the money is always set aside for
the Main Event to be held at the end of the year. To win a spot at
the Main Event, you must win one of the monthly tournaments. Your
spot at the Main Event in non-transferable. Each
win earns you 3500 in chips at the Main Event. Blinds go up every
30 minutes. They begin at 25/50, then 50/100, then 100/200, and
from there the small blind increases by 100 every round. When the
blinds reach 500/1000, the small blind starts going up by 500 each
round. You are
not aloud to coach a player in the tournament during or after hands.
No one can play for you, even if you have to leave. We combine when we have enough players out to completely close out a
table.
